I have been searching for quite some time for a low sodium, organic non-gmo soy sauce. I love to cook Asian inspired dishes and Pacific Island soy sauce ties these dishes together perfectly. Great flavor and not overly salty (less sodium than any other I've seen!) My husband and I are about through our first bottle and it's on my list to get more this week! I make a lot of homemade ramen and this ups the flavor, I've thrown some in to goulash, with eggs, with rice, with our Chinese take out... If I ever want to add flavor to something, I always lean toward garlic salt, chili powder, or soy sauce. This one definitely adds a little something special. Slightly sweeter than your average Kikoman or La Choy, and has some extra depth.
