Great flavor and not overly salty (less sodium than any other I've seen!) My husband and I are about through our first bottle and it's on my list to get more this week! I make a lot of homemade ramen and this ups the flavor, I've thrown some in to goulash, with eggs, with rice, with our Chinese take out... If I ever want to add flavor to something, I always lean toward garlic salt, chili powder, or soy sauce. This one definitely adds a little something special. Slightly sweeter than your average Kikoman or La Choy, and has some extra depth.
